Avocado Packhouse

The Avoridge packhouse has been in operation since 1974, processing avocados for both export and local markets. The facility has transitioned from earlier methods of hand and ripe sizing to a more advanced computerized four-point weighing system. This allows each individual avocado to be weighed accurately, meeting global standards for weight and quality.

Avoridge offers a range of avocado products and services, including five different ripe & ready outlets, guacamole, and avocado oils. The packhouse strives to ensure maximum returns for its producers and maintain open and transparent relationships with all growers and agents.

Leads, suggestions, and combined marketing with producers are welcomed and encouraged, providing a sense of satisfaction and control for the growers.
